ABOUT THIS TRAINING
This training is the second of the four training levels in the Pomodoro® Training Program.
In Level 01, you learned the principles of the Pomodoro® technique with Francesco.
In this training, you will work with Francesco or an Official Pomodoro® Trainer to apply the technique to your daily life.
The goal you will have in this training is to achieve in real life the six objectives set in the Pomodoro® technique:
- Track your effort.
- Manage interruptions: internal and external.
- Improve your estimates and reduce the complexity of tasks that need doing.
- Make your Pomodoro® more effective.
- Set up a timetable.
- Improve your work process.
Achieving these goals will give you the skill to meet your deadlines without getting stressed out and exhausted.
Your trainer will show you the tools, practices, and processes provided in the Pomodoro® technique.
Your task is to apply them in your daily life.
Your trainer will evaluate the results of your work with you and the other participants during the course and send you personal feedback about your progress once a week for 21 days.
Before the start of the course, you will be asked to complete a survey in which you will describe your experience,
your time management challenges and your expectations of the course.
On the basis of the survey, you will define with your trainer an actual objective to be achieved
by the end of the training.
During the training, your trainer will give you the instruments - concepts, practices and tools - to improve your productivity. The following subjects will be covered:

- How to find out how much effort an activity requires.
The Pomodoro® Technique Daily Individual Process
- How to cut down on interruptions.
- The Pomodoro® Technique Daily Individual Process.
Mastering the Pomodoro® Technique
- How to estimate effort for activities.
- How to make each Pomodoro more effective.
The Pomodoro® Weekly Individual Process
- How to set up a timetable.
- The Pomodoro® Weekly Individual Process.
In the final session, your trainer will hold a Productivity Clinic for checking with you whether you have achieved your objective for the course and showing you how to correctly apply what you have learned in your next project or next challenge.
Online Edition: In the final session, your trainer will hold a Productivity Clinic for checking with you whether you have achieved your objective for the course and showing you how to correctly apply what you have learned in your next project or next challenge.
Public class/ Onsite Edition: You'll submit the assigments requested by your trainer every week for 3 weeks. Your trainer will assess them and at the end of the 3 week, check whether you have achieved your objective for the course giving you.

WHERE ARE YOU IN THE POMODORO® TRAINING PROGRAM
In Pomodoro® Training Level 01 you started taking care of your time. You've learned how to apply the core process of the Pomodoro® technique, how to organize your day and week. You've learned how to manage the fear of "time as predator", and now time is your friend.
You are now at Pomodoro Training Level 02!
In Level 02 you will learn how to apply the various practices, processes, tools and rules provided for in the technique consistently for 21 days. This training is structured in such a way as to achieve the six objectives of the technique one after the other.
In Pomodoro® Training Level 03 you will learn how to complete complex goals and tasks. You'll learn how the Pomodoro® Technique can help you reach your goals in scenarios characterized by interconnected tasks, bottlenecks and interactions with people or teams.
In Pomodoro® Training Level 04 you will become an Official Pomodoro® Trainer. You will learn how to transfer your Pomodoro® Technique time management experience to other people. How to create Pomodoro® Time Pomodoro® Time Fitness Plans to individuals and teams and monitor their progress.
