ABOUT THIS TRAINING LEVEL
This training is the third of the four levels in the Pomodoro® Training Program.
In Level 01 and 02 we focused on how to manage time to reach individually one simple goal - a goal consisting of a linear series of tasks, without interdependencies, uncertainty and without change.
In this training we will see how to apply the Pomodoro® Technique to:
- Deal with multiple goals.
- Improve the productivity of your team.
We will learn how to encompass complex goals - goals consisting of deeply nested hierarchies of tasks, tasks dependent on other tasks, goals characterized by uncertainty and change.
In this training, Francesco proposes to participants to achieve two objectives:
-
Setup a Pomodoro® weekly team timetable
- this tool will make it simpler to define a strategy to reach multiple goals and handle unplanned events and tasks, emergencies, uncertainty and change.
- Transform deeply nested hierarchies of tasks into linear task lists - This will be the key tool to reach complex goals with less effort.
Achieving these objectives will enable you to meet your individual or team deadlines free of anxiety.
In this training Francesco will show you new Pomodoro® tools and practices, developed over the years working with his own team and the teams he mentored.
Participants will learn these new practices by applying them to reach their own real goals.
Your task will be to apply them in your your work life for 14 days.
Francesco will evaluate the results of your work with you and the other participants at the beginning of every session.
PROGRAMME
Before the beginning of the training,
you will be asked to complete a survey in which you will describe your experience,
your time management challenges and your expectations of the training.

Q&A Productivity Clinic
The Pomodoro® Technique has been organically adopted by thousands of people
across the world because it is so simple to use. Many participants of the course
often have specific questions, usually variations of "How can I apply the technique
when...?" To cater for this, one Pomodoro® of this session will be given over to a
structured Q&A session working through your questions and queries.
Individual assignments are very important in this course.
They are assigned at the end of each session.
The following session starts with feedback on the individual assignments.
Comparing to other training participants enables you to see solutions different from your own, to see contexts and problems different from your own and to receive useful feedback for achieving your own objective for the course.
In the final session, Francesco will hold a Productivity Clinic for checking with you whether you have achieved your objective for the course and showing you how to correctly apply what you have learned in your next project or next challenge.
